Our seasonal health initiative includes vaccination education, community vaccination days, and winter health checks to reduce NHS winter pressure and protect vulnerable communities.
Severe Mental Illness (SMI) Support Pathway
Providing dedicated mental health support including one-to-one counselling, peer support groups, care coordination, and community wellbeing activities.
