Our Mission
Pathway Health was founded in 2022 with a simple belief: that every person deserves access to quality healthcare, support, and community wellness. What began as a small group of healthcare volunteers in East London has grown into a network of dedicated health professionals across the UK.
We work at the grassroots level, partnering with local organisations, councils, and communities to deliver programmes that address real needs — from food security and education to elderly care and youth development.
Our approach is built on listening first. We believe the best solutions come from within communities, and our role is to empower, resource, and amplify those efforts.
