Patheway Health CIC is bringing its Cardiovascular Community Outreach Program to Newham, London on Sunday 26th July 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This free community event will offer:
- Blood pressure and blood sugar checks
- Clinical advice and health education
- Free BP monitors for selected high-risk beneficiaries
- Essential medications and signposting/referrals
